ThisWay is an independent UK company. We run three services: for menopause, for ADHD, and for the first two years after birth. Each one does the research and keeps the record, so you always know your next step.

What you can count on

  • On the NHS's side. We help you use the NHS well, and we never diagnose.

Each one is a paid membership with a free starting point. You shouldn't have to work out the system on your own.

About ThisWay

We started with menopause. Every service follows the same rules: published evidence only, free NHS and charity routes first, and no one pays to be recommended.
